Good place

The hotel is very close to the beach..you can rent motorbikes at the reception and there is a place at the entrace stairs where you will taste a very good pho...and the staff is very very nice...supermarket in proximity nice coffee place only 3 min to walk...overall a good choice.

Nice hotel

I'm happy with what I get. The room is new, spacious and modern. The building itself is lovely also. I believe I got a good deal with the price. Staffs are indeed helpful and sweet.

Excellent location and big rooms at a very affordable price

Great location with a short walk to My Khe Beach and lot of restaurants/coffee shops and convenience stores around. Rooms are clean and large in size with very nice air conditioning and staff is helpful with booking taxis, storing luggage and booking tours.

Just be careful, there is another Golden Rose III hotel which looks exactly like this hotel on the same street (lobby included).

Very Good

Really liked the room, very spacious and beds were really comfortable. Great location for the beach area. But it is a bit away from central danang but wasn't a problem to just get a grab bike.

Nice no-frills hotel with a modern interior and good service.

Nice hotel close to the beach in a super chill neighbourhood, convenience store across the street, about a dozen coffee places in the surrounding streets, a nice Banh My lady on a corner close by (one of the best Banh My I've had in Vietnam so far). The coffee place a few houses over servers a nice breakfast and it's a 5 minute walk to a more bustling area with tons of restaurants and bars. Or you can head to the beach, which also has many places to drink or eat. The hotel itself is nice and clean, has a good shower and a modern interior. The ac keeps the room nice and cool, and it's quiet when you try to sleep. Housekeeping gives you water and fresh towels, even if you don't want your room made up, which is a nice touch. You can leave your bag if you want to spend the day on the beach after checking out.

Not a negative for this hotel! Just make sure you don't try and check into Golden Rose II or Golden Rose III in the same street. (they look exactly the same, like the only reason I knew is that my keycard didn't work on the door..)

Basic but comfortable stay.

Nice staff. Comfortable room. Good shower.

TV not working (due to the storm). Warped floor near bathroom- trip hazard.

Pleasant hotel in good location.

Nice staff - Comfortable room. Good location. Moved me to a quieter room after my first night upon my request with the minimum of fuss.

First night was in room overlooking reception & was too noisy.
